Donation Guidelines

• If you are a first time donor, it may help to know that we do not pick up donations.

• AT THIS TIME, we are not accepting , pillows, hotel sized toiletries, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, tampons, paper towels, wax paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or used luggage, used books, used toys, holiday decorations, or sports equipment.
  
  
• PLEASE call before bringing any big items including furniture, televisions, microwaves, or mattresses. Our storage space is limited, so we can only accept these things if a resident happens to be moving out and needs them OR if we need them somewhere in the house.
  
• All furniture must be in new condition. All drawers must slide in and out easily. All fabric must be intact and have no stains.
  
• Televisions and microwaves should be relatively new and average sized. Residents’ new homes are usually on the small side.
  
• Computers must be less than 3 years old, in working condition and come with all the components – screen, keyboard, mouse, wires, etc. The instruction manual would be helpful, too.
  
• We are only accepting TWIN bed mattresses at this time. They must be like new and have no stains.
  
• We accept donations up until 8:30 pm daily.
